- 3. Variance Request: Case No. 2026-046: Eric Dahl, on behalf of Harmoni Towers AssetCo, LLC, is requesting a variance from Appendix F – Tall Structures, Article 4 – Communication Towers, Section 4-
- 6.3 of the Carteret County Code of Ordinances to allow for the construction of a 145-foot communications tower. Section 4-6.3 establishes a 100-foot maximum height limit for communications towers located in residential areas.
